Angy has worked with senior executives in the business arena for eighteen years. Through her work, she has established coaching as a fundamental skill that underpins personal effective performance management, implementation of strategy, functional team work and best management practices. She works on personal performance issues, linking them with contextual circumstances of business performance. Through her work as a psychodynamic and her private psychotherapy practice, Angy provides safety and clarity of boundaries and relationships. She believes that the coach's own supervision and therapy is an essential part of their ability to help clients. Through her ability to train coaches and many years of practice, Angy has a rigorous approach to the process of coaching.

With considerable experience in the field of human relations, Mark has a deep commitment to working with the process of change in individuals, groups and organisations. In the last 10 years he has worked within a range of Private and Public Sector environments and offers individual coaching, team development and group facilitation. Mark's training in psychotherapy has equipped him to work with integrative models that assist in the understanding of the change process and he has a proven ability to work in complex situations. Within organisational contexts, Mark has a capacity to engage quickly and effectively with dynamic human processes in which he seeks to facilitate awareness, spontaneity and creativity in the service of organisational development. In recent times Mark has been increasingly involved in the development of leadership and wellbeing within education and other public sector bodies.

Liz Pick Liz Pick

Liz has a Diploma in Psychology from Birkbeck College, a Certificate in Counselling from Regent's College and a course in Group Dynamics at the Institute of Group Analysis. She also has Level B certification in Psychometic testing. With 15 years' commercial experience, she has spent 12 in performance coaching and career counselling, including setting up a consultancy practice providing performnce coaching, mentoring, career counselling and training to directors, managers and professionals in both the private and public sectors.

Ken is a Management Consultant, Interim Director, Contract Negotiator and Facilitator with 20 years experience of strategic management at MD/General Manager level having held five UK board positions and a position on a European PLC supervisory board. Cultural integration following mergers and acquisitions combined with facilitating changes in working practices is a major component of his work. His early career was in the Civil Service reaching Assistant Secretary rank with a lead role in the privatisation of a government department. He facilitates boardroom level meetings on decision making processes including strategy and policy, risk assessment, communications, problem solving and dispute resolution. He also Chairs conferences and senior executive 'away days'.

Moira has several years' personal experience of working in education, business and voluntary sectors. As an independent consultant, she provides advice on employment problem resolution and future planning. Able to conduct employment health checks and provide practical support on specific HR issues such as employee training and development matched to strategic and performance requirements. Advisor on performance management and appraisal, recruitment, induction, discipline, dismissal, redundancy and implementing change.
